1.  Kids Group Lesson

 

• Fees must be made in full on a monthly basis and payable by the first week of each month.

• All payments made are strictly non refundable or transferable.

• A one time payment of $40 registration fee is required for first timer.

• Students are required to give at least one month notice prior to their withdrawal from lesson.

• There will be no refund or lesson replacement for absentees regardless of any reason, except for the case of medical reason with proof of Medical Certificate. Such lesson replacement will be conducted within the instructor’s available schedule slots, and reoccurred absence will be deemed as the lesson attended.

• There will be no lessons on the following days: 

       - Singapore Public Holidays

       - Eve and 1st to 3rd day of Lunar New Year                                        

       - 29th, 30th and 31st that falls on the 5th week of the month.​

• Pool closure in the event of bad weather is solely at the discretion of the Pool Management, and there will be no refund or lesson replacement.

 

2.  Adults Group Lesson

 

• This is a 10 lessons course to be completed in 10 consecutive weeks. (unless lesson is rescheduled by the instructor)

• Fees must be made in full prior to lesson commencement.

• A one time payment of $40 registration fee is required for first timer.

• Students are strongly encouraged to be present for all lessons at all times.

• Pool closure in the event of bad weather is solely at the discretion of the Pool Management.

• All payments made are non refundable or transferable.

3.  Individual / Private Group Lesson

 

• Fees must be made in full on a block of 4 lessons basis and payable on the first lesson of each block.

• All payments made are strictly non refundable or transferable.

• A one time payment of $40 registration fee is required for first timer.

• Pool closure in the event of bad weather is solely at the discretion of the Pool Management.

• Cancellation must be informed at least 1 day in advance, otherwise, that lesson will be considered attended and there will be no refund or lesson replacement. Lesson entitled for reschedulement shall be in accordance to the instructor's availability.

 

4.  Private Pool

• Students who wish to have their lessons to be conducted in a private pool are required to check with the management for the permitted coaching schedules. Any required deposit from the management shall be bear solely by the students.

5.  Medical and Health Conditions Declaration

​​

• All students, or parents of students under legal age, are responsible to declare any medical and health conditions that may affect them, or their child(ren), throughout the swimming lesson, prior to the start of every lesson.

6.  Exclusion of Liability

​

• We are not responsible or liable for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while attending our swimming lessons and this includes all other costs, expenses and charges that may be incurred as a result thereof.

7.  Affiliates

​

• Affiliate swimming instructors have no authority to make any deals, representations, and/or engage in any activities in the name or on behalf of Team Swordfish Aquatic.

• Affiliate swimming instructors are binded to their own terms and conditions.

• We are in no circumstances responsible for the codes and conducts and all other activities performed by the affiliate swimming instructors.​

8.  Amendments

• Team Swordfish Aquatic reserves the right to change, amend or modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
